. 8pm – 9pm Appetizer & Welcome Cocktail
. 9pm – 11:30pm Dinner with cocktails, and shows of El Plata Cabaret
. 12am – 12:15am Ocaña style chimes
. 12:15am – until the end, Live Music. Each room with its own ambiance.

La Tièta Cocktail
Lavender honey, citrus, London Dry Gin & cava

Avocado with spicy romesco and smoked almonds

Brillat-Savarin cheese mounted with black truffle, macadamia biscuit and Pedro Ximénez vinegar

Coca pan of beet with smoked eel, mató cheese and watercress

Soya milk, almond bitters, acacia honey, apple, Wild Turkey bourbon

Scallop with sliced pumpkin and carrot in spicy escabeche

Roasted monkfish with black truffle and smoked cream vinaigrette

Green asparagus in soy meuniere sauce

La Manuela Cocktail
Purple shiso, rhubarb, cucumber, yuzu, Sake

THE SHOW MUST GO ON
Rossini steak

Red cabbage stewed in sangria with candied kumquat

Pheasant consommé with Falernum

DESSERT
Mandarine with Arabic coffee, carrot cake and ginger

Open bar of soft drinks, beer and wine (Ocaña’s selection) during the dinner.
